Opis posla / Who are we looking for

• Be the go-to tech problem solver. You’ll be the first person colleagues across Cognism’s international offices come to when something breaks. You’ll learn to fix Windows and Mac issues, work out what’s wrong and get people back up and running fast.
• Learn the tools real companies use. You’ll get hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Slack, Zoom and the Atlassian suite. That’s the kind of experience employers look for.
• Work on cybersecurity from day one. You’ll work alongside the security team to watch for alerts, fix security issues and help keep the business safe. It’s a good first step if you’re curious about a career in cyber.
• See the whole IT setup, not one corner of it. You’ll manage Wi-Fi networks and hardware, set up laptops and accounts for new starters, and run the tech for office events. No two days will be the same.
• Earn while you learn, with a clear path forward. You’ll build toward industry-recognised certifications like CompTIA A+ and ITIL. You’ll also pick up the communication and problem-solving skills that set you up for a long career in tech.
